If you love cooking, food, and kitchen is your new friend, you'll feel right at home here.
I'm the creator of this blog. I am a number cruncher by profession, an entrepreneur by vocation and an excellent cook by heart. I'm a passionate participant of life so I try to live and eat healthy each day. I follow the Japanese practice called “hara hachi bu” which means, “eat until you are 80% full” but I will elaborate this more next time. I love coffee, fresh spices and anything with coconut!
Cooking is such a big part of who I am that I can't imagine what life would be like if I couldn't do it. I enjoy creating meals, trying new recipes and tweaking old ones.
My passion for cooking started in my junior year in college while watching The Naked Chef, a BBC TV cooking show by Jamie Oliver. I was fascinated by his "strip it bare then make it work" principle to all his dishes, which created a perfect selection of simple, hearty and delicious recipes using fresh ingredients. You don't need pretentious ingredients to make a fantastic meal.
