This is a very easy side dish recipe.  It is made with gooey Parmesan and cheddar cheese, broccoli and butter! Perfect side dish for any occasion!

Ingredients:
1 cup orzo pasta, whole wheat or regular
2 cups broccoli florets, chopped
1/4 cup freshly grated or shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup fresh or pre-grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 cup milk

Instructions
  • Add orzo to a pot of salted water and boil for 5 minutes or until al dente
  • Add chopped broccoli and cook for 2 minutes.
  • *Note: you can use Quinoa in place of the orzo (which is healthier because it’s gluten
  • free and nutrient-rich food)
  • Drain well then return to the pot
  • Add cheddar and Parmesan cheese, butter and ¼ cup of milk then stir well.
  • You can add salt if needed but there’s a 99.9% probability that you won’t need it.
  • Enjoy!
