You guys will love this sweet, delicious, healthy, refreshing pineapple, ginger, guava and banana smoothie. Fresh ginger has become my favorite spice.  It adds a great flavor that combines very well with pineapple and guava.  It's simple to make and only takes 5 minutes to prepare.


Ingredients

2 cups pineapple, diced
1 banana
2 guavas, sliced
1 tbsp ginger, grated
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 1/2 cup almond milk
1 cups crushed ice
Serves: 2 tall glasses

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until desired consistency is reached
  2. Serve immediately or keep refrigerated if serving smoothie after sometime


Drink up and Enjoy!
