This smoothie is refreshing and healthy! Nothing says clearly the tropics like a deliciously sweet papaya.

Why is this papaya mango smoothie a big deal?
Well, aside from the tropical flavor, papaya is healthy and it’s referred to as the power fruit.  It’s a good source of vitamin C, A, E, folate, natural fiber, carotene and minerals such as potassium and magnesium.  Papaya aids digestion (constipation, indigestion, acid reflux, etc) boosts immune system, and many more.  To find out more about the health benefits of papaya, please read here 




Ingredients

1 cup papaya
1 cup ripe mango
1 cup spinach
½ cup greek yogurt, plain
¾ cup almond/coconut milk
1 cup crushed ice
Serves 2

Instructions

Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
