Ingredients
1 peach
2 kiwi fruit
1 cup kale, chopped
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp. coconut yogurt
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 cup ice


Instructions

  • Add coconut milk, honey, ice and yogurt to your blender, followed by the fruit (peach and kiwi)
  • Add the kale last and blend on high or until the smoothie is creamy
If you do not have kale on hand, you can always substitute other greens such as  mixed baby greens or spinach.
