Ingredients
1 pear, diced
1 avocado, sliced
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup kale, chopped
1 cup almond or coconut milk
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 cup ice


Instructions


  • Add coconut milk, honey, and ice to your blender, followed by the fruit (pear, banana, avocado)
  • Add the spinach and kale last and blend on high or until the smoothie is creamy
  • Serve immediately or keep refrigerated

Yields: 3 servings
